Hello! :)

I am so pumped to be here, glad I found this forum... definitely looks like a great group from what i have seen so far!

Well, a little about myself:
I am a senior, graudating with a philosophy and psych. degree... and I hope to have a business within the coming months, which will be my career.

I am a musician, sax player for over 10 years... prefer alto and bari, as well a 7 year old guitarist (currently in love with 12-string... thought I need a new 12-string badly). I have a business for marketing bands, myspace.com/beermusicmarketing ...and it's completely all volunteer and no profit for now, but this may be my full-time business someday :)

I know Sum 41 an Linkin Park come through as the "get off the list" ... but I love LP's studio engineering. As for Sum 41, I'm replacing them with a The Best Damn Canadian Trio: Triumph.

Veronica: Ray's new album is AWESOME! haha, I honestly think this was one of his better ones... though I have yet to put my finger on why exactly :P

I'm loving Ray's new album, too. First one was lovey-dovey, second one was a lot of "waaaah why won't you love me"... both were great, they were just rather focused. This new one is all over the place, which is neat.

Agreed 110%, alot of Ray fans say exact same remarks as you did.
Only thing that I wish Ray would do is get into more tempo or something... some of his songs can get a bit dragging at times. Overall though he is a good musician :)

Best Canadian Trio =/= Triumph. That title surely belongs to Rush.

I agree with picking up the tempo.

Songs like Forever My Friend, or Trouble are probably more of my favourites, for that very reason.

But good lord, the man has a voice like honey.
