Big Hellos Everybody! (member, cover, quote, band, Lute)

I only discovered this forum a few days ago but it looks pretty fun! It appears that everyone on here is pretty nice, I can't stand most forums where people just hate on everyone and try to out-wit eachother with nasty insults.

The big reason I joined is to find music I might be missing out on. Recently I've been branching out, looking for more experimental music. For the record, here's some of what I've been listening to lately:

Jerseyband
Mr. Bungle (and other Mike Patton stuff)
Aghora
Battles
Tagaq
Opeth

Welcome aboard. People can be pricks here too but I'd say 90% of the time it's not so bad at all! I'm still here and I usually give up on forums after a matter of days/weeks for the same reasons.

Really? I guess the point of a forum is for discussion, opinions are so different and that's what makes it interesting but I get really turned off by condescending comments. Thanks for the welcome!

I don't think the forums are bad at all .. It's overall a lot friendlier than some of the other communities I'm part of.

You'll find this forum is generally quite friendly, I like it here. Of course theres been the odd member who's been an absolute tosser but the majorityare friendly and opinionated which is always good.
