Well uh, here goes I guess.

My name's Taylor, I'm 17 and a soon-to-be-graduating senior in high school, i technically live in Wisconsin i live RIGHT on the border of WI/MN, and of course, I dig music.

My taste in music is fairly vast, I'd say, as my library consists of things from a wide variety of genres. I listen to indie stuff such as Minus the Bear or The Appleseed Cast, prog bands like Dream Theater and Porcupine Tree, hip-hop/rap ranging from more mainstream stuff like Eminem or Lil' Wayne to more underground artists like Grieves or Sage Francis, etc. I'll end this list here, but I do have a last.fm page if you feel compelled to delve deeper into my listening habits.

This seems like a good community from the posts I've read so far, and I hope to stick around and post, expand my musical knowledge, and hopefully provide some advice for others in the future (perhaps)!
