I can't think of any particular dj's that come from Denmark, but as you probably know, dj's from Denmark, Norway, Sweden, The Netherlands, etc dominate the scene! :) I hope you stay around the boards and stuff :) You seem a nice member :).

too bad - I thought you could recommend me something! the only musician I really know and listen to is Trentemøller, so I'm really interested in getting to know new stuff!

thank you - so do you :)

I talked about this with my friends many times because the name is so stupid if you just translate it, but I'm pretty sure they don't mean spleen as in the organ :b

Do they mean "spleen" as in Baudelaire's "Spleen de Paris" ? Anyway, I pretty like Trentemøller, but I can't help you with recommendations in that area, but I'm sure a lot of others can, and will eventually...

Welcome aboard
(that is the first time I use this smiley)

I don't know what that is :) when I've discussed their name with other people we always agreed (or I agreed with myself and they just said yes :b) that it probably means spleen as in being sad or depressed (I think I read somewhere that spleen can mean that as well)

I'm honored that I was the first to receive a smiley like that from you then :p

It is more of an eternal melancholy, so I think your guess was correct in a way :D

... and I'm glad I finally used that smiley lol.

thanks :D now I finally know what it means! it's a really sad thing to name a band though..

I think people misunderstand them a lot here in Denmark, most of my friends just thought "it doesn't make sense a all" but accepted that it meant spleen (as in the organ)..
