Default The night time (is the right time)

I'm up late and I just joined a music forum. What else is new. I don't know. I don't know what I'm doing here. Already this is too much work.

Google brought me here; It wasn't by accident.

Music stuffs I'm into:
The Zombies
The Exciters
18th Dye
Tall Dwarfs
The Coup
Polvo
Nisennenmondai
Gutevolk
Professor Longhair
Erik Satie
The Chi-Lites
The Incredible String Band
Marva Whitney

I haven't really listened to that much new stuff in a while. I only just started getting into music again, after 3 years of not really giving a sh*t. So if you think you know something cool I might like, then by all means don't be shy about sharing it! I like fun, stupid, pop tunes best!

I probably hate a lot of your favorite bands! I also will probably never tell you how much I hate them, because I'm nice, and you're a fragile creature who holds your personal taste close to your bosom. Who cares if you're like a deranged mother cradling a turd like it was your baby. That is your business.

Anyway, as much as I'd like to write all night I have to go now. I can't be on music forums 24/7 you know... I have a family — CHILDREN to take care of (on Sims 3). You understand how it is.

I'll probably post a little then forget about all this.

Welcome.

So you're a fan of socks? Me too, they keep the feet warm.

Whoaaa there...

That's a little too personal. I don't even know you, and you're already trying to talk about what I put on my nude feet on a public forum? Seriously though, I like socks as much as the next person. It's really just a name, to be honest.

I see you're from New Zealand? A lot of my favorite bands are from there! The Verlaines, The Clean, Tall Dwarfs, The Bats, Renderers, Gordons, and friggin' Toy Love! I don't even care about all the middle-earth jokes; lots of really cool stuff right there, mang.

I'm actually Australian (cue kangaroo jokes etc) but living in New Zealand. But yes there are many, many great bands from NZ, kudos to you for knowing them!

Whereabouts are you from?

I live in Arizona. It's known for saguaro cactus, scorching hot weather, illegal immigrants, beautiful sunsets, and the Grand Canyon.

Hmmm..

This is actually kind of bugging me that I don't know many Australian bands.. I mean, besides AC/DC. I'll probably kill some time with that later.

Hey thanks.

Hangman's Beautiful Daughter used to be in my top ten albums OAT back in the day! Maybe it still is... I don't know. I'm not really sure of anything, anymore, Salome.

Anyway, I just decided you're cool.
