Default ahoy hoy

I'm new to this forum, but not new to forums. I suppose this small town's making my head explode with mundane boredom. I won't go a day without music, and thought it'd be a good idea to hear other peoples' opinions and get new suggestions.
I pretty much love every genre, though (cliche enough) can't get into country.
I grew up with classic and punk rock, then grew to love hip hop, dub step and other various genres. I always have headphones on, my fm transmitter in the car, or ipod on the stereo. Like Tim Armstrong said,
"When I've got the music, I've got a place to go."
That being said, that's why I'm here.
My name is Hailee and after not being on a forum in 5+ years I'm happy to see the emoticons have barely changed

You're from Saskatchewan! Cool! I have a friend who worked in Regina over the summer. I've never been there though.

Welcome to MB!

haha yes, Saskatchewan is super fun.. but not really. It's home, though ^-^ I don't live in Regina, because it's a pretty scary city. I actually grew up in Ontario, Ottawa to be exact.. it's definitely a big change going from a big city to a small town. People are strange! Or maybe I'm the strange one? I'd bet on the latter, honestly..

Thanks for the welcome

thank you. I'm still trying to find my way around the site but it's pretty easy thus far. It's definitely interesting.

I don't know how I've managed to miss an introduction that includes a Tim Armstrong quote .
Better late than never: Welcome Hailee .

hahaha thanks everyone
Living in Saskatchewan isn't that bad. Driving alongside 60+ year-olds who don't believe in stop signs is however.

you don't have to be in saskatchewan for those.
There's plenty of them here, too...

This town has the most seniors per capita! lol.. they die, then more move in, etc. It's terrifying.
