Default Hey

Just joined the forum so I thought I'd say hello from Manchester in the UK.

I grew up listening to the late great John Peel and like all kinds of music - check out my last.fm if you don't believe me....

Hi there - how's things in the orange country? I was in Middelburg recently - is that anywhere near you?

Naaah, not really. I'm in the province of Limburg, on the lower right of the country.
How did you like Middelburg? I myself don't like the province of Zeeland as the people are very unfriendly there. I usually prefer the upper left half of the country. You may want to visit amsterdam and/or utrecht some time. It's closer to you anyway .

Been to Amsterdam a few times over the years - lovely place!

I had to go to Middelburg for work - and the people I met were friendly enough. tbh the main thing I remember was the long train journey from Schipol (I later realised that it would have been quicker to fly to Brussels)....

Definitely. Middelburg is very close to Belgium.
Well it doesn't matter as long as your work pays for your journey

I grew up listening to the Top 20 on BBC World Service, but occasionally listen to John Peel and Andy Kershaw hence my somewhat eclectic taste

in other words - velkommen
