First post and all that! I'm Laura 20, from the North West in the UK. I'm into genres such as: Rock, Blues, Country, Some pop, Folk. Here to have a chat, learn and have a good time :)

Yeah defiantly a big Ryan Adams fan and my favorite band is Incubus. I also like: Tom Petty, Joe Bonamassa, Dave Matthews Band, Robert Randolph and the Family Band, Brand New. How about yourself?

My main interest at the moment are bands with their musical activities centered around Canterbury in England, mainly during the 60s and 70s. Current favorites are Hatfield and the North and National Health. Other main musical interests are other 70s rock bands like Steely Dan or Boston, prog acts like Gentle Giant or Yes and jazz fusion groups like Return to Forever or Mahavishnu Orchestra. I also like a bit of jazz and country and a sprinkling of other things, although I am most definitely very fond of the ever more distant past.

It takes all sorts to create a diverse music community :) Don't believe anyone who tells you different.

Thank you, I've got some Yes and Boston on my iPod, my dad is defiantly into his prog and his rock so I've learnt a lot from him! :)
