New and Excited!!
 
Hello! I am Gypsy4Life (Lisa) and just happened upon this forum today.

I'll start by giving you a few details of my world: I am 33 years old, live in a small town in Southern Indiana, and have been in love with music for my entire life.

My favorite genre is classic rock, however I would be hard pressed to find a genre without at least one song I love. I am not a fan of rap, but, have been guilty of jamming to Fantastic Voyage back in the day!

I am a musician, singer, and songwriter, for fun.

Some favorite artists include: Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Nicks solo, Heart, Led Zepp, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Otis Redding, Grace Potter, Creedence Clearwater Revival...man, this could go on all night!!

I simply love music, and everything about it.

Hope we can be friends, and have some great chats about music in general!

Welcome, Lisa. Some great choices there, many/most of which I'm into myself. We have a subforum for classic rock (runs off the "Rock and metal" one) so that might be a good place for you to start, but wherever you go I'm sure you'll be welcome and find something that interests you.

I'm sure Exoskeletal will be along shortly to advise you of something you need to do in order to join: listen to him carefully, he's a wise man. :D:thumb:

You will not be able to stay here unless you do the following...
  • Fly to Africa.
  • Find the oldest elephant alive on the continent bring back one of his eye lashes.
  • Put the eyelashes in a tea.
  • You have now made elephant eyelash tea. If it tastes like rainbows, you can stay.

You have til Tuesday to complete this task.
