I love History and when I holiday I always make a point of visiting ancient sites.
Just standing in the same place where some character from ancient times once stood gives me a massive buzz...I too am strange that way. |

Exactly...When I visited the Mausaleum at Bodrum, Turkey my wife described the site (a wonder of the ancient world) as "just a pile of old rocks".
