my name's Damon. i'm 37, married almost 12 years with an 11 year old girl, a 4 month old girl, and one in the oven. i write, sing, and play guitar. i like pretty much all genres of music with Nashville Rap and Red Dirt/Texas Country being my favorite...

i joined this site to share my love of music with other people and to share my original works, but i was told that new members cannot post their music...

depends on the genre really...

New Rap- Jelly Roll, Haystak, Young Worm, Bubba Sparxxx

Old School Rap- way too many to list so here's a few off the top of my head... NWA, Geto Boys, Master P, UGK, DJ Quik...

Nashville Country- Jason Aldean and Brantley Gilbert

Red Dirt/Texas Country- Cross Canadian Ragweed and Stoney LaRue

Classic Rock- Lynyrd Skynyrd, Bob Seger, and Kansas

Old School Metal- Metallica (anything before Load) and Pantera

there's more, but that's off the top of my head...
