which is the name I go by outside of the internet.
I'm 19, and a novice who plays the Fender Squire. I've lurked here a couple of times before, but never had the incentive to join-
but here I am now.
In terms of music, I like alot of progressive, post rock, alot of shoegaze and the more melodic assortments of death metal. Favorite bands include Porcupine Tree, Death, Explosion in the Sky, Stereolab, My Bloody Valentine, etcetera...

I'm 23, and no longer actively play an instrument due to various reasons.

I've lurked here more often than I can count, I've always found the discussion here superb.
In terms of music, I've currently latched on to post-punk, black metal, prog, IDM, etc. Bands I've been enjoying in recent years include Slowdive, Thinking Plague, Pixies, Joy Division, Pink Floyd, GY! BE, Arcturus, Blut Aus Nord, etc.

I hope to post a little more often than I did before.
