Howdy y'all--
Charlie William Boyd here...glad to be a part of this forum!

I've been a musician--and a music fan--for years, but I've just now decided to get on the 'giving' end rather than just the 'receiving' end, and get some of my music out there to the world. My debut album is due out in February, and to try and stir up interest in the meantime I've been looking for places to post online where people gather who may be interested in the type of music I play (mostly country). I'm also interested in hearing other new country artists, and also discussing classic country music with other like-minded people...I hope MusicBanter will be a good outlet for that.

As a "newbie," I don't want to post a link too early...but if anybody is interested in hearing my tunes, send me a message and I'll let you know my website (hint: it's my full name, plus a "dot-com").
