Canadian Addition
 

Hello. It recently came to my attention that I don't nearly talk or know enough about world music for the amount that I love it.
I'm 21 years old, I trained classically in piano when I was 7, for about 13 years. Now I've made the switch to jazz and am now studying towards a career in piano performance. I'm quickly realizing it's spilling in to production, writing and arranging original pieces. Beautiful.

My goal is to create conscious music... master the art of spontaneous composition so that my emotions can immediately transform in to sound. Eager to read your musical testimonies!

I like alot of your list. welcome aboard. Robin Thicke would be the only one to not get a second listen, I find him revolting for some reason. His falsetto can get grating at times.

I'm a believer his falsetto was an instrument made for women... that's a different story though lmao. My addiction to him lies in his ability to to change keys mid song and make my analytical mind forget about it..just enjoy it.

I like your style but you'll never convert me on Thicke. I find him to be very wanna be sounding. He'll never touch me the way Al Green, Marvin Gaye or even Luther Vandross could.

Also, I saw you mentioned that you are skilled with piano? How are you when it comes to piano solos for example? Can you perform long solos?

Canada is just like any other place. But beautiful as well.
My roommate went to Israel this summer and she said it was one of the most beautiful places she's ever seen. Like everyone that lived there couldn't see the beautiful white of all the buildings, or the sand that looked pure.

Piano solos, kind of vague but I can play on the piano for a long time if thats what you mean, just freestyling. :)
