Chelly Vennicoe reporting in. I'm a decent music writer, terrible acoustic guitar player, terrible tin whistle player, and even worse singer, from Scotland. I am passionate – bloody cliché! – about music (of course), literature, history, and the odd scuffle with the visual arts. I collect records and music memorabilia, especially David Bowie and Swans/related projects. I'm currently in something of a combined mourning slump and renewed obsession following Bowie's death, so expect a lot of boring Bowie posts!
