Thanks, I've used it before and just noticed my previous avatar was still exhibiting the holiday spirit so it was time for a change and this was already resized.

Hmm, really? Christmas was about a month ago, so it took you about a month to notice that? Honestly, I'd notice my avatar is "outdated"(or whatever it may be called) long before that.

My name's Pete, like in my username. I am from Canada but my dad is Welsh and my mum's parents are English. My entire family on both side consists of English, Welsh, and Irish (no Scots as far as I know) and growing up in such a British family has lead to some of that culture rubbing off on me (ew), like saying mum or porridge, or attempting to rule over half the world.

D'Angelo is originally an Italian name though. ;)

Cool. Sometimes I'll use a Harry quote out of the blue. Like when someone comes over, I'll tell em "You can sleep on the couch... ...and there's beer... in the fridge." as they look at me like I'm from another planet.

There usually IS beer in the fridge, so it works out... kinda.

Good Nyborg, man.

Know what you mean, I can't tell if I am serious half the time.

Your name is, although, originally Italian/ Roman but it is quite a common name in England due to the whole Roman occupation thing.

He was talking about the name D'Angelo or something... Pete or Peter is English but there's an Italian version - I think it's Pietro.

The name Peter comes from the Latin Petra, meaning rock or stone. Pietro is Peter in Italian and Pietra is rock in Italian.

Google says it's originally Greek.
