I came down to intern with the missionaries I am with, knowing what I was going to be doing, but with no knowledge of Feed The Hungry until I discovered that my bosses are the directors of Feed The Hungry Nicaragua. A better investment of your time would be to wait until we hold another school uniform drive late in the year... public school here is TECHNICALLY free, but children are not allowed to go unless they own a uniform... which is far too expensive for most of the country to afford. Our uniform drives help supply them with the outfits they need as well as school supplies.

I feel much older after waking up. Like the period where I was dreaming felt like another lifetime in itself. I find it so strange sometimes, feel like a different person.

I would happily buy a uniform for a child. It would certainly be the most valuable thing I could do with my money. It gets tiring being so self focused all the time.
