The set up looks like Sports Authority. My mom is in the recreation field. I've been in too many sporting goods stores.

Dick's it is... This particular Dick's also happened to be located next to a "Semen's Furniture." I found that quite humorous, but unfortunately the Semen's closed :(

Sports Authority is a great store. You can just spend an afternoon there skateboarding, playing basketball, minigolf, or the thousand other things they have in there huge stores.
