Yeah I haven't resorted to threats yet, but should. I do pay on time and am a very hassle-free tenant. I've also thought about taking some money off my rent and including a letter stating why I'm lowering it. :laughing: I'm just very non-confrontational...but I do have rights and should speak up about them. I agreed to a certain monthly rate based on the condition the apartment was in at the time...and that didn't include a cracked window. This isn't the ghetto, dammit!

That was best mate a few years ago but never had a copy of the photo until I visited him in germany a couple of weeks ago and yes, formal wear does not suit me one bit. Jeans and T shirt for me everytime.
