Back in my drinkin' days I occasionally did some knee-walkin', but the problematic joint involved was an elbow, if you take my meaning.

At any rate just to make things interesting my left knee's been rebuilt, and a long-ass time ago. Blew out an anterior cruciate ligament in about '84 or so in a football match. I'm sure the stretching does it good.
