At my sisters wedding. I never take selfies, so there is not a single newer picture with only me on it in existence - As I don't want to disturb other peoples privacy by posting pictures with them on an internet board, I had to crop me out, that's why the resolution isn't really good.

Thanks. I actually shaved off what little there was on the sides because it grows so thin, bright, and patchy that it really doesn't look like I have anything there at all. Gonna have my barber touch it up a little bit tomorrow but I'm glad the chinstrap/ goatee combo suits me

Khajiit as (almost) always for stealth builds. This is going to be a non-lethal build so I want that extra bonus to sneak to get me past the bandits and drauger in Bleak Falls Barrows.

Not going to max out the Sneak perk though as I find it makes things too easy, but I will take all the bonuses in Pickpocketing, lock picking, and alchemy. This is mostly a goof off build though, as I will level myself into a corner for taking on hard enemies like dragons, so I'll become leader of the Thieves Guild then just rob people till I max out those skills.

Fair enough! I agree that maxing sneak makes it too easy. With my main character (I am guildmaster of the Thieves Guild) I can pretty much run into people head on and they still don't know I'm there Anyway, have fun with your thief! The thieves guild questline is my favourite in the game by far.

Pete man, where'd that beard come from? Exactly how long have you been camped out in front of Skyrim?

I prefer the clean shaven Pete of the past.

Yeah I have made so many different builds over the last year in Skyrim, but almost all of them have done the Thieves Guild questline, even if it didn't fit their character.

I'm actually playing through with a few sneak mods installed to make things a bit more challenging and to extend the time this build will take to finish. The pickpocket skill is so broken and levels up so fast that you can really screw up your character if you use it too much (if you're also using some kind of offense). I was playing a similar build to this, but without the mods and augmented a little bit by Illusion magic, but I've decided to go just straight stealth with this one, putting all my points into stamina. If my pickpocket gets good enough I can just steal the weapons and armor off of enemies so if I get spotted I'll stand a chance beating them.

The beard's nothing new, I started growing it around the ides of March and only shaved once due to a trimming mishap in June. I'm pretty sure I don't have a single picture of me from this year without facial hair.

As for how long I've been camped out playing Skyrim... the bottles of urine stacked next to my desk would indicate 3 months.

Clean shaven Pete is gone.

Personally I find the smithing skill to completely ruin skyrim. It makes getting rich incredibly easy, not to mention giving yourself so many levels and skill points with essential very minimal work.

I realize I could just not use it but the fact that it is in the game wont let me do that. I much preferred Morrowind where the way in which you leveled was extremely important and if you ****ed up distributing skill points you would be boned at a higher level. Not to mention they didnt give armor away like candy, and you could customize spells and armor with an infinite amount of combinations. Gone are the days of Elder Scrolls for the thinking man.

I agree, Rez! I haven't used smithing on my latest build for that reason... Having infinite deadric and dragonbone arrows was a challenge, not...

I just hate playing and being at a disadvantage to everyone else who plays simply because I refuse to use this hugely unbalanced skill they decided to throw in the game. I mean in Morrowind sure you could glitch sneak to 100 and some other skills like acrobatics and get maybe 10 or 20 levels, but then your characters multiplier would be awful and you would have essentially done more bad than good.

It is understandable changing the skill system a bit to simplify it for a bigger audience, but at least put something in place so you dont get to level 30 in an hour with 0 penalty. Im waiting for a good mod that changes how that all works.
