I take that as a challenge, though i have no idea who roxy is

I remember that name. Yep. Good to see ya. This place can be fun if you don't take things too seriously.

I don't think Ki's been to D.C. lately.

If you're still checking around here, I'd be glad to provide some recommendations, starting with these two...

It's definitely proggy and has some epic parts. I hope you can like or at least tolerate the harsh vocals, because good clean ones come in later on. I think this should come off very well on the instrumental side at least, for your taste.

This is much more accessible, epic power metal. You may already know them, though that could also be the case with the first one, I've got more where these've come from along with totally different and marginally different stuff too!

Also, question; have you gotten Rock Band 4? I have a Rivals Bundle pre-ordered for the bone and am for the foreseeable future looking for Rivals team mates if that doesn't come off as oxymoronish. ;) I haven't played for three years, but I used to be able to Gold Star Caprici di Diablo on expert guitar and have been playing these kind of rhythm games since GH2, HMX games since Amplitude.

I also play a lot of Audio Surf 2 on my computer through Steam. If you want any of my profile names send a PM any time you like.

Sorry for the late reply (I've been kind of busy in life heheh everything in my house is breaking and my car has had to be fixed twice) but thanks for the rec! I do know Blind Guardian, they're pretty good. The other one I've never heard of, I'll have to look up more songs by them. That particular song isn't really my taste too much, but they're not bad. It usually takes a certain song for my to get hooked on a band.

As for Rock Band, honestly all the rock band equipment that's needed takes up a lot of room so I haven't gotten the new one, but I have owned the game in the past. I was really good back in the day on the first rock band, I actually broke my foot pedal on the drumset because I played it too much (and too roughly I might might add..). I used to play expert on both the drums and the guitar. I was complete a$$ at the vocals though, and still am. Amplitude is one of my favorites though! That game's a classic. I have the new one as well for ps4.

I don't and I've been here for 60 years.
