Default Hello ^^

Hello. I have always been obsessed with music and have been looking for a good online community for it. Happy to have found one, finally.

I love probably a little bit of almost everything, although I am very picky. Some random all time favorites are Radiohead, Deftones, Tori Amos, Mimi Page, Ramsey, Portishead, Ghostly Kisses, Mumford and Sons, Emily Jane White, Polica, FKA Twigs, Night Traveler, classical (Chopin, Tchaikovsky, Fauré, Michael Hoppé), 80s, Billie Holiday, and tons more.

Lately I've been sort of obsessed with some synth/retrowave for some reason. Always missing the 80s.

^^

Oh synthwave. Nice. What are you listening to?

Lately I've been listening to mixes on YT. I've been more into stuff on the chill end of the spectrum and have been liking The Midnight & FM 84. I also really love some synthpop like Paperwhite, Montgomery, Rainsford and more.

I'm asking around if anyone knows the name of an 80's song that sounds similar to Hash Pipe by Weezer, and it's by a female artist. It definitely could've been the inspiration, but surprisingly it wasn't even credited on the song's Wikipedia page. There's no mention anywhere online of an 80's song that sounds similar. I heard it on the Music Choice 80's TV channel a while ago.

Hmm, I am not sure what song that would be. I tried looking in google a bit, but didn't have any luck. Good luck, I hope you find it one day! I know how frustrating it can be trying to find a song you once heard - I do that all the time.
