GD's Re-introduction
 

So I've been thinking about getting more active on this forum again lately but realised that most people who post here these days probably have no idea who the **** I am.
So here's a short summary I guess:

I'm a 25 year old guy from Norway, been on & off this place for the past 9 years or so but haven't really been posting regularly for a few years now.
I'm also gay, chronically ill, and doing a Bachelor's in music performance, if anyone cares

At the time I joined here I was something of a Pixies obsessive (hence the username), but these days you're more likely find me listening to something like Cocteau Twins, Boards of Canada or Astor Piazzolla (y'know, besides a lot of other stuff)

Why the low post count, I hear you ask? Well, even in my days of using this forum daily, I was never much of an avid poster, so I wouldn't accumulate posts with any great rapidity. Maybe that'll change now, who knows?

Anyway that's probably enough rambling so I'll just cut this short here.

Yeah, I should probably just change it to just "GD" since that's what people used to call me on here back in the day, but I think there is a lower character limit on names if I'm not mistaken, so might have to think of something else...

Don't put yourself down, man. You may not have contributed much, but when you did it was special. Good to have you back, and I'm sure everyone here remembers you. Sorry to hear you're sick; hopefully there'll be some improvement? :beer:

Well you never know, even still I try to keep a positive attitude and take what I can get. It is significantly better now than at some points in the past, I'll say that much.

Yeah I'm like a shark. If they had to write. Which they don't. So I'm not really like a shark. But I do have to write. It's what I do and I love doing it. If it drives Batty mad then that's just an added bonus. :D
