I guess you could call it that.

Insomnia just got an entirely new meaning :D.

Eitherway, it does work for girls yeah. At least for the ones I know.
But usually when I give them that advice they say 'I've already done that twice'.
Which is a nice answer. And probably proves that it doesn't really work, but is worth the try. Eitherway, I'm good at monologues, so I just talk them to sleep. Which always works (not kidding ;)).

I have insomnia, it sucks.
Sleeping meds have saved me!

I Can Never Sleep Late

So many times, like tomorrow, I could sleep in. I never can. I wake up early and don't go back to sleep. I wish I could. I also can't take naps. I never could fall asleep mid day. Anyone else in this situation?

Not sure why you posted this in General Music but I'll move it to the appropriate forum.

I suffer from bouts of insomnia, at the moment i'm getting good nights sleep.
So i'm happy. I think my problem is stress related due to my job, i'm obviously not to stressed at this time.
I try to avoid sleeping tablets etc.... ZZZzzzzzz....

Just read something - when I read in bed it never lasts more that 10 min and I fall asleep

^ That doesn't work, for insomniacs. I have seen one to many infomercials, and read enough books over the course of having insomnia to know that ain't how that works love. I wish.

I was on sleeping pills for 8 months last year. I took too many once and I went sleep walking outside. Luckily my boyfriend at the time took me back to bed, apparently I was talking gibberish to him and was thrashing around in the bed the whole night. I woke up not even realising. The pills gave me a bit of a high so if I took it on an empty stomach I literally floated all the way home. I went on a shopping spree and bought 5 pairs of shoes on it too. Eventually my doctor was like, "girl, we need to cut these down". Now I talk a antihistamine and amnitripylene to get me to sleep. I get to sleep well on them but eventually I'll stop taking them and try to sleep, if my insomnia can be managed that way.

without doubt I wake up after a few hours. Don't know if that is considered insomnia. but nonetheless it does my head in.
