insomnia

it's 5:10am...once again i can't sleep...it's driving me crazy...for the past two months my sleeping patterns have been completely off, i go to sleep arround 4 or 5am and then i can't get up in the morning and that really fucks with my concetration for studying. even if i get up early, say 8:00am ( like today) it doesn't help....(as you can see)...i've decide to buy sleeping pills....23 and buying sleeping pills....i don't know what to do anymore.......it's never happened before, not for this long anyway.....anyone have the same problem?
