Nearly correct.Change short hair to completely shaven head,dark basement to dimly lit spare room and not dirty.

OMG I was thinking shaved but I changed my mind! The dirty look is cool, it gives it a "you've been in a tussle" ideal. Then you would get up, smoke in hand, walk over to the "victim" and whack them around the face. A woman would come in, dressed in black, and hand you some seringes...
