I disagree. Until and if it happens to you... you won't ever know. But its possible to see someone, just look into their eyes and know that you will never be the same. That they changed you forever, your whole way of thinking and breathing.

erm. kkkkkkkkay. I think love at first sight can be a platonic love. Like your best friend. I am not sure about the whole find a guy look into his eyes...and boom its love...you may look back and be like, "oh yeah, this must have been love at first sight." but sometimes love is mistaken for lust. Love starts at the eyes and works down to the heart...The eyes are like the door way to love...I wrote an essay on this freshman year...hah

When someone thinks of the symbol of love they automatically think of the heart, which seems to be the universal symbol of love. However, love doesn’t start at the heart at all. It must pass through “the doors” in order to get a hold of the heart. What are these “doors” you ask? They are the eyes. The heart is merely an organ that pumps blood throughout your body unless the eyes say otherwise. The meeting of the eyes is where amor, love, begins. True love enters through the eyes but resides in the heart. In other words, love and the idea of love are commonly confused. Love at first sight, amor a primera vista, enters through the eyes but lives and flourishes in the heart. Sometimes in order to open your eyes to love someone or something must open them for you. Love at first sight tells how easily confused love and lust can be. In order to reach the heart love must pass through the eyes which sometimes can be deceiving. You may not know love when it hits you. You may be blind to love until you realize otherwise.
