I found my old pair of DM shitkickers earlier today but they no longer fit :(

I'm wearing a pair of blue Chuck's right now. The rubber at the end of them are sticking upward and my toes can be seen. It also has been treating with a rainbow of sharpies.
Still <3 them though.

I used to wear those things when I was 14, prior to it being a fashion statement. I fucking hated them then, and I hate them now. They're hardly even shoes. They were just the cheapest thing around.
And now that they've been pumped up by the music media and faved teen idols, everyone is all gaga for them... and the current price is ridiculous for how little shoe is actually there.
Plus, they look retarded.

Why so much Chuck hate? Over here they're around $70AU which is a lot cheaper than most other shoes. I like my chucks. They're comfy and practical and not expensive to replace.
