First time I went to Glasgow was to watch Raith Rovers play at Airdrie (don't ask it's a long story) with a group of mates. After the match we took the train to Glasgow for a night out.
I have to admit that I was concerned that a group of English lads (us) on a night out in Glasgow was a sure bet for trouble.

Couldn't have been more wrong. The people we met were fantastic, to the point where buying a round of drinks was a near impossibility (blowing the Scots are tight myth out of the water).

We even stayed the night at some lads house, all 6 of us and in the morning his mam cooked breakfast for all of us.

Been back loads of times since and nothing's changed.
Top place, top people.

Yeah I love Glasgow. Going to be living there soon. :)

Amsterdam, Seattle, New York, Paris and Tokyo. I'm going to Berlin next year, hopefully.

New York. I want to see those skyscrapers for myself.

Haha Billy Connolly talks crap then because he ALWAYS made Glasgow out to be the most feared place on earth.
