Yeah...Normally when I wade or swim in the water I'd worry most about my feet and that's why I regularly wear sandals.It looks more like this guy caught a stingray and wasn't being careful enough pulling the hook out, so..............(look at the pic)...lol!!!:usehead:

His arm is turning purple where the sting is, is that safe?
