My gramps is a 35 year recovering and he gets kinda pissed at that sort of thing. I dunno. Just kinda mentioning.

I hear what you're saying... people can be seriously addicted to anything though and when that's the case it doesn't matter what the substance/thing is. Video Game addiction warps the mind just as alcohol or any other drug can... your gramps gets pissed because he is from a different generation and doesn't fully understand. That doesn't mean it's not really the same thing, being addicted to something means you are a slave to it... be it soda, coffee, booze, games, drugs, sex, music, etc.

Know what's weird? I drink about a 2litre a day, but can't piss anyway 'cause of the pill thing.

When I drink my 2.2 liters every day I'm in and out of the bathroom. Yesterday I went for an hour and a half massage and I was told to drink a lot of water after I was done... so I did, 2.2 liters, and I didn't piss at all. I attributed that to the massage, I guess it releases the bodies toxins and in turn needed the water to replenish? guess it's true when they say a good massage is healthy for you, I really need to do it more often... I still feel like I'm on a cloud.

ever go to look something up on the internet and 6 hours later you have 37 wikipedia windows open? my addiction is information.

I've froze my PC with browser windows alone. The original topic was how many spices are in the Colonels original recipe.

Re: Various Addictions:
Yeah I agree with you, one can become mentally addicted to anything... but that being said, drugs and booze tend to become (in later stages of the addiction) a physical addiction - per example, everyone in my family is either an alk, druggie, or a recovering (and I'm quite headed that way), and when they try and quit they physically "can't" because their body's detox of the drug is too powerful, they've got to go down slowly, if not just abandon it all together and say, "**** it, I'm having a drink/hit". I'm not too familar with, let's say, a video-game addiction (I acknowledge it does happen, though), though I kind of have trouble believing one would physically detox from that. I'm not saying the lackof a detox makes the addiction any more or less "powerful", just, as you said, different. Though THAT being said as well, one can mentally think that they'd detox, and their body would react to what their mind was thinking. Ya dig?

Re: Massage
I just can't piss after drinking 4litres a day because there's just too much other **** in my system haha (OTC stuff, whatever I can get my hands on). I need a massage badly, to cleanse myself & ease the pains of sitting on this chair all goddamn day. Ha.

Right on brotha! Another classic - Bluemoon
I'd love to try that liveoak.

Live Oak uses old style german brewing techniques. My 2 favorite of theirs are...

Big Bark Amber Lager
"Smooth" is the first word from your mouth after a taste of Big Bark Amber. This Vienna-style lager has a reddish-amber color with a smooth, malty flavor and low hop bitterness. It is made from Czech and German malts and German hops. "All Bark, No Bite." Everyone likes this beer. Available Year-round

&

Hefe Weizen - Spring/Summer Seasonal
Modeled after the classic wheat beers of Bavaria, our HefeWeizen has a cloudy, straw-colored appearance with a thick, creamy head. It is fermented with an authentic Weizenbier yeast strain which imparts delicate notes of clove, vanilla and banana which harmonize perfectly with its mild refreshing tartness. Together these flavors create the perfect thirst quencher to beat the Texas heat. Available April - August

Honestly if you ever get a chance to make it to Texas, goto a fine pub and ask for a tankard of the good stuff ;)
