Water, I drink way more of it than the average person. Sometimes when I'm coming down with something, I can drink, like, 100 cups a day (I'm not exagerating).

Try Melatonin, I got some at GNC and its a natural sleep aid. You will probably end up upping the dosage consistently over time, but maybe that will be long enough to decrease your tolerance to other sleep aids. Maybe not. I usually have to smoke a little before bed to get to sleep.

I take alot of this, they say it's a sleeping aid, but two tablets would knock me out for 12hrs or so when i first started taking them, they were like horse tranquillisers. :)

Straight up Benadryl is sold as a sleep aid as well. At stores, I think Equate sells a bottle of "sleep aid" which is exactly a bottle of Benadryl with a different name.
