I think this attitude is completely different than mine. I would rather have piercings and tats in unseen places, rather than flaunt it.

Tattoos are different.
What does a piercing mean?
A tattoo that you get for your mom is for you.
But what's the point of a piercing? To look good for you or other people.
If you can't see it, then I don't understand.

I'm not trying to start an argument, I'm actually curious about how else a hidden piercing could do anything.

Valid point. I can't describe why I don't want to show my piercings, sometimes I want to show them to the world, but other times, they're mines and nobody elses. So I keep them to me.

I.. have a slight addiction to piercings, I will admit.

I have a few. Left nose, right lip, navel. Two on each bottom of each ear, Tragus on one side, Helix on the other, one on each top.
They're all open, but the only ones I keep in everday would be the Tragus, Helix, cartlidges on each ear.

No, I want a septum because I can hide it when I please, also they standard jewellery isn't those ugly bull hoop things. So I could hide it from my parents and then flip the jewellery down whenever I please, flip it up for work, and flip it down when I'm going out and such.

I have Lobes x2, a double helix (or two helix piercings), tragus, navel.

Soon to be; lobes x2, double helix, tragus x2, navel, snug, conch, forward helix. septum! yay!

Maybe so, you're after all entitled to your own opinion. But I don't want it to look like "you suit that so much omgz" I just want it. I didn't contemplate wither I suited any of my cartilage piercings or my navel. I just get 'em cos I like them

I like the actual event of being pierced, but other than that I actually dont dig them much at all. I dont wear any of them anymore and when I see them on others, judgement flows through my brain, for they are stereotypical as hell to me. 75% of white trash has their eyebrow/tongue pierced. They have lost all originality. Piercings are just all about making a statement. 'Look my clit is pierced, therefore I'm a whore.' If anyone is offended, its just my opinion.
