Incase you havn't notice, theirs a mass amount of idiots spamming the emo forum. I've had to ban like 30 people in a row, so if I miss any threads/members or spam please report it or pm one of the mods, thanks.

Crowquill's been banning the accounts and ip's for the past 10 minutes or more.

Thank god we have Crowquill and Merkaba. But still I mean if you notice, the names of the spammers are just really easy to point out.

Merkaba helped just as much, and I highly doubt adam was hiuuu, i've seen him spam, even spammed with him. Hes more high brow then that.

MERKABA AND CROWQUILL HAVE DONE IT. THEY MADE IT THROUGH THIS HORRIBLE TIME OF SPAMMING AND NOW WE CAN RELAX.

Hiu replied to one of the threads that was made and I assume one of the spammers saw he had, and gave him the idea to use hiuuu as his next account name.

And unfortunately we can't ip ban, thats why there were so many, they could just keep coming back under different names.

^ That really bites. It should be an ip ban because it would make MB a much better community.

Agreed. The administration at another vB-based forum has the ability to implement IP bans (I'm a moderator there), which help out in SO many ways.

Oh yes!

Judging by last nights death toll Crowquill and Merkaba had their work cut out.
Probably made worse cos the same ones kept coming back with new accounts.

With an IP ban capability it would have been a damn site easier.
And I'm sure a few innocent bystanders would have been taken out in the crossfire. ;)

Hahaha, we probaly didtake out a few innocent people, it was getting so bad we we're just all. "Dude just starting banning ANYONE with supicious usernames that are on". Notice how PerfectionThruSilence hasn't been on today. ;D

I've owned and been a mod on many forums, including vBulletin.
In most cases the mods are given the ability to ban IP's by the administrators.
