Mods are the suit wearing, scooter riding, ska listening 'chavs' of their era, which was the 60's. They had an ongoing feud with the Rockers. They were a loutish lot who were very much a cult, and defined 60's Britain.

Didn't they go around all Twiggy style? Black and white, etc?
