There's no reason and season to go out of style. Even during the coldest times of the year, fashion manifests its great influence over people. The more the people need to cover themselves with elegant coats and classy scarfs (as protection against biting cold), the more excuse there is to be glamorous.

Real fashion sense exists even in cold of winter season, when people cover themselves up with more clothes; hence, people have more ways to flaunt their style. People in Russia walk down the streets normally with coats and furs. They wear it with confidence and attitude even if beneath the clothing are blistered skins from the cold.

Personally, I much prefer the Latvian minimalistic fashion trends.
Not practical for those long eastern winters...but when it comes to style, hey who cares!
