This is rediculous. Make-up is like clothes. Do you wear clothes because you want to fit in? Well, certain clothes. Hence styles. There are also styles of make-up. Let people do what they want for ****s sake, what's the big ****ing deal? If it makes us feel good, what the hell? To each their own.

Shutup, don't speak for the entire female population, and don't get pissed because my opinion includes the fact that you might want to fit in with society.

Do you do your hair in the morning? or change out of your pyjamas? i'm thinking you do, and i'm guessing its because you take a certain amount of pride in your appearance, and like to feel that you look good. same thing with girls and makeup man, some girls just put more emphasis on it.

I do change out of my pajamas; on good days.
This is partly because I take pride in my appearance, but also partly because I'm conforming to how I dress.
If rags were all the rage, I would wear them, because people would give me attention and more respect for a good image, thus boosting my self-confidence.
If you take that into consideration, makeup can very easily fall into the category of just trying to fit in.
Don't misinterpret my opinion, I like a little bit of makeup whenever, hell, guys can wear it if they want too, it's just a fashion trend.
The only way I hate makeup is if a girl completely annihilates her face with it.

I'm trying to get in touch with my *** side so I can contribute to this thread but I can't do it.

However, just don't over do it. Make up is easy to over do.

skindredluver 02-02-2007 04:13 PM

I know from experienses trust me!

The Unfan 02-02-2007 04:14 PM

So do I. I didn't think it was possible to literally have blue balls, but make up makes it happen.

Double ended mascara, now they're the biggest waste of money ever. I currently have the Bourjois one and it blows.
