MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! wow, this year christmas kind of snuck up on me, it didn't feel at all like christmas last night, but now that dinner is cooking and i can smell the turkey and everything, i'm really starting to get that christmas-y feeling. I'm scandinavian, so we open our presents tonight, woot! tommorow we're having christmas dinner over at my aunt and uncles, but we're having out own little turkey dinner tonight too (we need leftovers).

Merry Christmas everyone.

Just a question, I heard from this philosophy guy on one of those "news" channels that Christmas was originally a Pagan thing, not a Christian thing. Anyone else hear this before?

Haha, I think I'm the only one who doesn't celebrate Christmas here, not because of the religious or historical aspects, but because of the materialistic aspects (although I will admit, I don't turn down presents, which makes me selfish. But I certainly never ask for them). But, I do love the "holiday spirit", because I think people generally do at least one good thing for someone else during the season.
Happy Holidays! And, hopefully you have a white christmas, because where I'm at, it's 40 and no snow in sight for the next week!
