^Pretty much summed it up right there.

yeah, this thread annoys me for a few reasons. one, why the hell would anyone start smoking, you're an idiot (not exactly politically correct, but yes, smoking is retarded, it f*cks with your health, just stupid). And on to your "the world sucks" attitude. In my opinion, anyone who says the world sucks, no one gives a sh*t about anyone, etc etc etc, blah blah blah, is just lazy, and that's all there is to it. Unless you've had a LOT of tragedy in your life, heaped on by circumstances entirely out of your control, it's ALWAYS possible to make something good out of your life. Think the world and your life sucks? get some balls and do something to change it instead of sitting there moaning and moping about how no one does anything for you. People are good, they'll help you out, but only if you're not too much of a lazy a** to help yourself. f*ck people, do something with your life if you dont like it and f*cking change it.

Fuck cigarettes man, H is where it's at. You think your local junkie will ask for ID? hell nah! And get it now while you can still steal money from your parents!

So does eating at McDonalds. Is there anything wrong with it? No. What other people put into their own bodies is none of your business.

Different people have different ideas of what "making something good out of your life" might be.

I'm not gonna comment on the McDonalds comment, because to be perfectly honest, my views on smoking are incredibly biased, and perhaps even a little hypocritical, since I drink and smoke pot (very, VERY rarely), but hey, I think it's a disgusting habbit, so there you go.

as for the "Different people have different ideas of what "making something good out of your life" might be" line, by "making something good out of your life" I meant doing somehthing with your life so that you're happy with the path you are taking, and aren't being a whiny little b*tch. society isn't to blame for you being unhappy. you are. (with the exception of those people who have had lots of tragic experiences completely out of their control, as i've already stated.)

Ah, sorry. I misunderstood.

In that case, I agree.

I have had a lot of tragedy, and it's hard to make the world a lot better for yourself when you're only 16. Your world is put under a lot of other peoples control and sometimes it's like it's out of your hands. I've tried to make something better of it but you always end up getting dragged back down.

And as for the smoking thing I DON'T SMOKE. Bloody hell. I was only using it is an example. I was going on a trial period but now I really can't be bothered to get any more.

Trial period hehe.

I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but...

Not all smokers get cancer, and many non-smokers do.

true, but smoking will be a major contributor if you do get lung cancer.
