Who invented Peanut Butter?

It's good peanut butter, but I must admit, the oil that always burps up to the top kinda grosses me out.

And crunchy is better in most situations, but not all.

If oil isn't getting to the top, you're eating plastic.

The trick is to occasionally turn the jar upside down, allowing the oil to gradually seep to the bottom of the jar (which is now at the top). Of course eventually you have to turn the jar again, to once again distribute the oil throughout the mix, but the process is quite slow.

smooth my strawberry jam already has chunks of fruit no need for the peanut butter to be crunchy

It doesn't touch on the invention, but it does say that the POWs in Alabama were introduced to Peanut Butter while being used for farm labor.

For the oil separation, I just jam a knife down in their and stir. It's the same with sour cream. Blending is key. It's all about the blend. Do you even blend bro?

I bet that came as quite a surprise to them!

I have to say that all this talk of burps and oil doesn't sound very enticing.

ftfy Plankton ;)

Smooth for me please. :)

And for the record, I stir peanut butter with the butter knife I spread it with (but stir sour cream with the spoon I use to plop it with lol).
