Unbelievable

Pete Doherty Gets Suspended Sentence |Sky News|UK News

For driving illegally with no insurance and no MOT and for being in possession of crack cocaine, heroin, ketamine and cannabis. Total fine...£475.

Not having a fishing rod licence carries a £2,500 penalty.
Your dog shitting in the street would cost you more.

No wonder he's laughing into his hat.

I love how all the rich people get "supervisional" periods instead of jail time and such. Seriosuly, I thought you Brits would be hard nosed about such stuff, I expect Americans to pull that crap, but you all let me down.

If he was a working class man he'd be in prison by now.
This man doesn't even have the background for me to feel any sympathy.
I'd understand more if he came from a broken family and was brought up in a rough, poor district with limited life opportunities.
As far as I know he comes from a respectable middle class family. His father was a high ranking officer in the Army.
People like him make me sick to the stomach.

How many chances does this man get?

I bet the judge(s) was a fan :p.

I can't remember who it was who referred to Pete Doherty as a 'moon faced c*nt' but it's the most accurate description of him i've heard.

I think the most unbelievable thing about him is people actually consider his music good.

Sounds like the beginning of Fear and Loathing... I mean how many drugs do you really need?

An entire trunk full.

The judge was Doherty's dealer, obviously.

Besides, where would the world look to for guidance and leadership if Pete Doherty was in jail?
