well, i think that smoking weed everyday has finally shown me a downside. i think i have built up too much of a tolerance. its taking me way more weed to get as high as i used to. which brings me to my question.... would going through a detox plan of some sort for a few days remedy this problem for me?

No just show more self control. Dont smoke if you need to get something done, and try not to smoke in the mornings at all. Thats what I did a while ago and its much better.

if you dont smoke for like 1 day your tolerance goes way down. try a week then smoke a lot
