That's entirely possible. I never had a rivalry with my sister, who is two years younger than me.

My sister used to paint up a storm. I'm not sure she has time to do it anymore, which is a shame. She had quite the talent. I think she even sold some in high school.

Most of the women in my family have an arts inclination. My aunt is a graphic designer. As a kid, I remember seeing her paint all kinds of things. My favourite piece of hers is this triptych she did of a coke can, of all things.

It's hard to keep hobbies alive as life trudges forward sometimes.

music_collector 08-07-2022 07:32 PM

Most definitely. I cut out two sports (curling & tennis) from my life when my kids were born. At the time, I actually needed a break from them. I miss them now.

Thinking of redoing this but adding more rocket references. Like, literal rocket parts.

Shout at the devil!!!!! I see pentagrams, I play the Crue.

Carpe Mortem 08-16-2022 05:49 PM

It's so edgelordy of me but I do find them visually striking lol

They certainly grab attention. Well done!

A painting I did for an irish ambient album. It is depicting a scene from Irish mytholoy, the death of Ferdiad. Cu Chulainn kills his friend in battle and holds him as he dies.

That's really gorgeous! Dig the stained glass look of it.

Just Stop Oil activists throw tomato soup on Van Gogh's £76million Sunflowers at the National Gallery

Misleading title and unprofessional, biased journalism in true Daily Mail fashion. Not that I'm in favour of this little stunt.

Another one from Irish mythology.

Absolutely love this. All your work is great but this is my favourite so far

Plankton 10-16-2022 06:10 PM

I gotta say, that is really plush looking. For lack of a better word. So many layers and levels the more you look into it.

First the soup and now the potatoes. They're working their way up to the main course...

Hey literally nothing has worked so why not dig up DaVinci's bones and throw a milkshake at them? Couldn't hurt.

Wow! I really love the composition, texture, lighting, and abstract elements of these shots. Keep it up!

really.

Here is the final image for Cu Chulainn and Ferdiad. they dressed each other's wounds after each day of battle and slept along side each other by the fire.

I'm really into modern art, it's rather thought-provoking. Plus, I love how it can completely transform a space and add a unique touch to any room. I'm always on the lookout for cool art pieces to decorate my space with. I also plan to contact salvation mountain customer service as I found some attractive options. It's amazing how art can reflect your personality and style, don't you think?
