It's very impressive. I like the hat, it is almost mocking the fish .

How exactly is digital art done? I'm intrigued as it's something I've never done or even seen done.

Thank you. You can use a variety of tools or programs, but what I do is: Draw a thing, scan thing, open thing in photoshop elements, then use a USB mouse to colour it in.

Have you ever considered getting a digital stylus? That's what I used to use, and trust me, it's waaaaaay easier than using a mouse.
