You know how every July 15th someone makes a post to the effect of...

Where have all the regulars gone? Is MB dying?

And then some other people say

“this is the summer, people will come back when its ****ty out.”

This is what we mean. Maybe its me, but I feel like we’re operating at full force. Stay strong.

Yea, the colder it gets the harder it is for me to keep up with subscribed threads. I can't imagine what February will look like.

I just started being more active because I got an office job and have nothing better to do than hang around on MB.

Ya know, not that you guys arent interesting and awesome people, but....

Oh no, it's cold as ****.. it been in the high 30's all week. Snow is a pretty common fixture during Winter. Probably not as bad as the east coast, though.

I've been here since 9 and set up one house showing, answered and transferred 3 or 4 calls, explained myself for ONE devastating mistake...SSDD
