I don't work as a cashier. I work in the furniture department pricing used furniture as well as many other things. My store manager even told me when I was hired that none of my past skills had anything to do with the job they were putting me in. I'm just using an example that people with no prior experience can get a full time job. It's not about a food industry job specifically.

Ummm why? He comes off androgenius. He doesn't look at all like he would be into women.

Yes I know who he is married to but that doesn't change a thing.

I don't see why that would affect my fondness for him as both a human being and a musician.

For those that just skimmed over this, here's a rundown of what a friend did through the P.O.E.T. program (which is very similar to the ^new^ one in the link).

To qualify (in Illinois):

• Must be an Illinois resident for at least 1 year
• Must have a High School equivalent
• Must have not made more than 6k during the previous year

Benefits:

• 100% Paid tuition for chosen profession (in this case it was Computer Aided Drafting)
• Allowance for gas mileage to-from school
• Allowance for meals during school hours

Basically, all you have to do is study and the Gov't takes care of the rest.

Based off of that link, I thought it was in California only.
