Well both my parents were alcoholic but of the three kids that marriage produced only I became alcoholic. It is a result of the way the liver processes alcohol. I'm at work and don't have time to relate what I've learned on the issue. But when I say genetic predisposition I'm saying that it's physiological and if the body processes alcohol differently the condition can develop.

Bottom line, I cannot control my drinking, my brother and sister can.

I'm annoyed that I can't stop wearing my glasses for long without getting a headache. I suit my glasses and don't mind them, but I think eventually I will see if I can get contacts (I have stigmatism).

Astigmatism really sucks, especially when you're reading or doing something really meticulous. It's like your eyes suddenly want to zoom out and lose all focus for no good reason, anytime they want.
