And you don't have a record deal. Is it because you're above all the publicity and you just make music to fill some long-forgotten void within yourself? Or is it beacuse your music sucks ass?

Or is it because I plan to start my own record label.

Indy? What does Nascar have to do with this? and wrong, I read an interview and CKY (who sell alot) said something along the lines of "We make music for ourselves, we don't like whats out now were saving it for us" etc etc, pretensious as hell but still disproves your point.

Plus i've written quite a few songs i'll never show anyone just for myself, so theres that to.

Indy. Nascar. Very clever Ethan *pats him on the back*

And you basing anything off of a CKY quote definitely hurts your supposed "credibility" that you constantly tout.

So you're saying that folk music was the very first form of music in history? Smart much?

swim 03-02-2007 09:50 PM

Do you understand what folk music is? Of course it was the first form of music.

Actually, I help write lyrics and sometimes do backing vocals in my best friend's band, and also am part of the street team for 2 other local rock bands that I'm tight with.

lol you don't know what folk is. Folk is the music of the people i think it's like german or something that actually means of the people. It's basically tribe or villiage music. Making folk music the first kind of music.
