The trauma is wearing off now. Again, it could have been much worse, so I'm grateful that I'm still here with all my body parts attached. Weren't you supposed to be coming back to Houston sometime soon? If you do, I promise we'll take you someplace better than The Cheesecake Factory. :D |

Glad you're ok. You were obviously wearing your seat belt. I got T-boned once at about 50 mph and came out of it with nothing more than an achy body when the shock wore off. Didn't have air bags or anything. Seat belts work! Hope the insurance gets you all fixed up with a new ride. :) |

I'm glad to hear you're okay. Looks like it was a pretty big crash.
It's a good thing you've got a reasonably safe car. Well... had a reasonably safe car. Sorry to hear about your glasses, but I'm really glad you're fine. You're an awful lot more irreplacable than your glasses :). |
Did insurance treat you alright, and give you a fair amount in return?

Christ, thankfully you're OK NSW and I'm glad that you feel you're starting to get over the trauma.

They are compulsory (right word?) here. And I think that's a good thing. Please people, wear those damn things. And if you don't do it for yourself, do it for the people that have to scrape you off the road. |
